玛丽亚·阿曼尼·巴克斯（Mariah Amani Buckles），职业名为 "科学家玛丽亚"（Mariah the Scientist）。24 岁的 R&B 歌手玛丽亚-科学家（Mariah the Scientist）一直追随自己的内心。2017 年，玛丽亚制作了几首歌作为情人节礼物送给当时的男友，之后她意识到自己作为歌手的使命，并于次年辍学，在 SoundCloud 上发布了首张 EP《To Die For》。2019 年初，她签约 RCA 唱片公司，发行了个人专辑《Master》，从此一发不可收拾。
歌曲表达出背叛才是分手的根本原因，我花光所有的时间去思考“你”所谓的谎言和掩饰，自以为是的那个“你”。所以啊一定不要有背叛啊！
