推荐理由：昨天和一位坛友恰巧谈起 George Michael，他一开始觉得名字很陌生，搜过油管才发现听过不少他的老歌。的确对于这样一位活跃年代已经久远的歌手，大多数坛友应该都很陌生，但也想必都听过他在威猛乐队时期和单飞时期的一些经典，比如《Careless Whisper》、《Last Christmas》、《Freedom! '90》等等。不过我今天要推荐的不是荞麦的这些热门歌曲，而是发行于2004年的《My Mother Had A Brother》。
这首歌的主题是歌手英年早逝的舅舅。当演唱会大屏幕上依次放出荞麦母亲和舅舅的旧照片，看着那张稚嫩的脸庞，听荞麦轻声吟唱：“我母亲有个兄弟，他们说我是在他去世的那天出生的……”听者的心一下子就好象被什么东西揪起。
歌词中荞麦追问母亲，才知道了舅舅的死因。作为公开出柜的流行巨星，荞麦发现原来舅舅也和自己一样，不同的是身处不同的时代。”她说他无法等到那些我见过的事情，她说他不够坚强，他从不敢奢望我这样的生活。“

这首歌感觉可以写一首故事出来样子。 感谢楼主分享。很喜欢听以前的歌，而且这个歌词很有意义，看完之后想去学唱这首歌。{:6_197:} 真的是开口瞬间就感觉心被揪住，即使不看歌词也能听出里面肯定有故事。
