这是一首战争的歌曲，但或许不是一首歌颂战争的歌曲。有战争就有牺牲，战争的胜利就像一座玻璃城堡，灿烂而易碎，牺牲者和战士的溃退则是城堡上的一道道微不足道的裂痕，但裂痕越多，破碎得越早。打着和平的旗号，战士看到的却不是美好的愿景，而是一条条鲜活的生命在战场上挣扎，然后逝去。可能战争真的能平息暴乱和危机，但是，那些随杀戮而湮没的情感却再也不会像曾经习以为常的一声captain一样熟悉了。
