由 Bonnie Tyler 和 Jim Steinman 在80年代共同创作的节奏舞曲《Holding Out For A Hero》，其节奏强烈，行乐特点鲜明，曾被诸多知名电影和游戏作为背景音乐使用（最近一次较为出名的借用应该是剧集《Loki》）。

Adam Lambert 出道于09年美国偶像，出道前即有了丰富的音乐剧演唱经验，从他的第一张专辑《For Your Entertainment》发布以来，可以说是越来越......不火，然而其本就夸张的唱功却一直在不断地变强，对于其绝大部分的演唱现场版比录音版好听，粉丝还是路人都能达成共识。

在出道十余年的发展中，他脱离最初的公司，执着于打造具有个人特色的音乐风格，唱自己喜欢的歌，同时还与Queen (皇后乐队) 合作在全世界巡演了十余年，其精华LIve专辑《Live Around The World》也于2020年发行。如今2023年了，在鸽了3年之后他终于掏出AL5！啊！这将是！一张 —— 翻唱专辑......？罢了，有歌听就不错了。专辑将在2月24日发售，目前主打的两首歌质量都顶得不行，尤其是其中这首《Holding Out for a Hero》真的唱进我心里~

个人认为这首的曲风真的很像AL1的同专辑名歌曲《For Your Entertainment》，甚至鼓点、电子元素、迷幻风格都有异曲同工之妙，甚至连单曲封面设计都有相同要素！但更加成熟稳定的声线，加上人肉电音器，演唱时的极致撕裂感，不需要过多评价的高质量高音，这一切一起带来了全新的感受，和对这首经典老歌的全新诠释！
